One of the highlights of the apartment is definitely the direct garden access. In the garden there is a children's playground, which can of course be shared. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement.
Despite the central location the accommodation is really quiet, as it is located in the courtyard.

Since I live on the first floor of the house, I will be at the disposal of my guests during their stay. If I am not present, I can of course be reached by telephone and will take care of all matters as soon as possible.
Directly in front of the house there is a stop of tram line 71 and in about 5 minutes walk to the underground station U3 Zippererstraße. With both means of transport one can drive directly into the city center in only 15 minutes. During the week public transport runs until just after midnight. On weekends (Friday and Saturday), the subway even goes through the whole night. There are plenty of parking spaces directly on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße - some areas are short-term parking zones. These are of course designated as such.
