The 88m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of the mansion and offers comfortable space for up to 5 people comfortably. It has entrance hall, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet. Kitchen and living room have garden view. The bedroom is very quiet despite the orientation to the street. In the garden of the house is a children's playground, which of course can be shared. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement. Since I live on the first floor of the house, I will be at the disposal of my guests during their stay. If I am not present, I can of course be reached by telephone and will take care of all matters as soon as possible.

Right in front of the house is a stop of the tram line 71 and in about 5 minutes you reach the subway station U3 Zippererstraße. With both transports you can go directly to the city center in just 15 minutes. During the week, public transport departs until midnight. On weekends (Friday and Saturday) the subway runs through the night.
Directly on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße there are parking possibilities - some areas are short parking area. These are, of course, indicated as such.
In the surroundings there are many shopping possibilities (among other things grocery stores, shopping center).
